- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Screwed up my taxes by 8k and I even told her it was wrong but she insisted that it was right so I went with it. I figured she knew what she was talking about since she runs the place. Had a bad feeling about the results yet after paying the IRS and State of Minnesota so I took them back to another local tax place and they found her simple mistake quickly and after filling out an amendment for both places (an additional 150 bucks for that) and now it's been a living hell waiting for my money to get back to me. I personal contacted the incompetent lady from H&R Block that did my taxes and her only comment was that I should have had her do the amendment. HOW ABOUT YOU DON'T SREW UP MY TAXES IN THE FIRST PLACE. Never Again.By Jeff Pokorny, December 03, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The reason that I hate the Hutchinson H&R Block office is because the employees that they hire at this location are untrained and unprepared to do peoples taxes. I went there for the first time this year and the gentleman that prepared my taxes did not know what he was doing or what he was saying. He told me that I was getting a big refund back but instead I find out 5 months later that I need to pay almost $1000 in and and I am not supposed to be getting a refund. On top of that I was being charge intersted on this. WAY TO GO H&R BLOCK!!! Never again will you see me there.By A Google User, September 28, 2016
